Hi there ive just joined and this forum is very informative. I need some advice. My husband is applying for naturalisation . I am a british citizen. He came to uk on a spouse visa over 5 years ago. Can someone advise me:
1. When he came to UK he had to do a reading and speaking English test in Pakistan for the Spouse Visa will this be valid so he doesnt need to do the English Test again?
2. Do i need to supply documents with his application like payslips , evidence that we are living together etc? Or does he only supply documenta for evidence?
Many Thanks for any help!!

If he did English A1 then no. Does your husband hold ILR?? He would have required B1 English for ILR and can therefore just tick the appropriate box in the AN form.
2. Do i need to supply documents with his application like payslips , evidence that we are living together etc? Or does he only supply documenta for evidence?
No. He only needs the marriage cert and your passport.
