Ceremony invitation not received

Hi all,
My approval letter date is 21st june and its 2 weeks now i have not received any ceremony invitation letter yet. As approval letter said u should receive it within 2 weeks. I have emailed citizenship.support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk but no response from them. I have called councils and they said you need to have ceremony invitation letter first from home office.
I have no idea what to do!
Is anybody having the same situation.
