SET(LR)

Hi All,

I am due to Apply my SET(LR) application from the beginning of August 2017. I came in UK August 2007 and stayed here as a student. I have got married in 2014 and switched my student visa to spouse in November 2014. My first period of leave to remain ended in May 2017 and I applied for second period of leave to remain by postal service before my visa expires. Recently i have received a letter from Home Office saying they cannot make a decision withing eight weeks of their normal time. Therefore my application is pending now. I don't know how long will it take as Home Office didn't provide any time estimation. So i am applying my SET(LR) application as i am eligible for this at the beginning of August. I have some questions if anyone can assist me? which are-
1. Is there any restriction on applying SET(LR) application in this circumstances.
2. What is going to happen for FLR(M) application which is pending.
3. I already booked same day service for SET(LR), what gonna happen if they make the decision in the mean time?
4. Am i going to get refund of FLM(M) and IHS Fees? And how get refund
5. All my original documents are in Home Office, so will it be ok to submit copy of the documents
6. Do i have to provide proof of address, payslips and bank statement? i cannot see anywhere written that i have to provide. But i have provided all the passports.
7. I always applied for visa before my previous leave expires. Do i have to provide any supporting?
8. How long would it take for my pending application? latest letter was issued by HO on 20th May 2017 regarding pending decision.
