Hi All,
I was made redundant by my visa sponsoring company and fortunately i was able to find a new job with sponsorship with-in 60 days of employment gap and made the application within 60 days of my last working day at previou employer.
But I've received a letter from HO stating my application is invalid due to incorrect photographs and requested to submit corrects photos within 10 working days.
I've submitted the new photos as per guidelines and HO granted me visa succesfully.
My concern is will it impact my 5years continious stay to qualify for ILR?

1.Visa for change in employment submitted nline on 13th June 2016 (within 60days of employment gap).
2.Application,Passport, old BRP and Photos were posted to HO on 15th June
3.Biometrics were given on 02nd July 2016.
4.Received lettere from HO on 04th July ( which is over 60days of employment gap) stating invalid application due to incorrect photographs and given 10 working days to submit correct photos.
5.Submitted correct photographs on 8th July 2016 ( over 60days of employment gap).
6.HO granted me Tier 2 visa and its valid until 2019.
7. My question is since the application is stated as invalid after 60days because of photographs and grante the visa after i resubmit correct photos - will it cause any impact to my continious period calculation ?
I read in continious period calcualtion guide that the change of application has to be made with in 60days of last working day at previous sponsor compnay.
In my case they have not retured the application and just requested to submit photos to consider the application as valid.
Note: HO mentined that if i submit a new application then new application date would be considered as date of submission - Im confused whether im eligible for ILR or not .
Will they consider my application submission date as 13th June 2016 or the date when i submitted correct photographs i.e 8th July 2016.
