Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Gen dependent in-country

Hi,

I am on Tier 2 General visa (recently switched from Tier 2 ICT dependent) and my husband is on Tier 2 ICT visa. We want to switch him to Tier 2 Gen dependent in UK. Can you please help us with the link where we can apply and also the list of documents needed.

Thanks for the reply.. I went through it, I have below questions:

1. Does my husband needs UK NARIC evaluation?
2. Do I need to submit our marriage certificate and photos?

Also, I still don't have the link where I can apply for the visa.

1. While filling up the form online, My husband has come across a question where it is asking 'Are you currently a dependent of a points based migrant?'.We are confused about what to answer.
He is currently on Tier 2 ICT visa as main applicant. If we answer 'No', the application doesn't let us move forward.

2. Also, the list of documents mentioned on the application seems to be small. It doesn't list the proof of marriage document. How would I know what else documents I need. It just mentions below docs:
- Passport
- BRP
- 2 photos
- 3 months bank statement

Please help.
