Application Varied got refused

My friend applied for ILR on the Basis of 10 jobs then he varied his application ( before the decision of ILR was made) to tier 1 extension due to some reason but his extension got refused he went for AR which was also refused he has now applied for fresh application with in 14 days.

Now my question for my friend is he varied his application from ILR to extension ( extension got refused ) he has now for Fresh application for extension within 14 days. Is he legally allowed to apply for new application or HO won't accept his new application as he has varied his application ?

I forgot to mention that he applied for the fresh application few weeks back and has got the biometrics letter and biometric has already been done does that means HO has accepted his application and he won't have any issues regarding application varied in the decision making ?

Application variation has no impact.
Obviously, the new application has been accepted, which is how it should be since it was done in 14 days.

if you could please post the reason for refusal that will help others not to make the same mistake as most of the refusals are due to applicants own mistake.

Hi,

The reason for refusal was that solicitor didn't submitted the required document mine visa was refused also because solicitor gave me wrong advices I have also applied for the fresh application. So to avoid the refusal please read the guideline , don't take it lightly and most importantly don't trust solicitor blindly.
