Stay outside uk while switching employers

Hi,

Can someone help me with the below query?

Can a tier-2 migrant travel outside uk after leaving current job and before joining new employer?
If yes, how many days are allowed to travel?
Will this become an issue during ILR application?
Do we need to have any strong reason for this travel or can this be a general vacation?

Yes he can travel out, as long as the new visa has been approved.
No max number of days limit.
Make sure the time between leaving one job and start of next is less than 60 days.
