Conducting research into the experiences of foreign workers

Hi everyone,
I am a student at the University of Surrey studying for an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology.

For my dissertation, I am conducting research into the experiences of foreign workers in the UK, looking for participants over the age of 18 born outside of the UK, but currently in full-time employment within the UK.

If you meet these criteria or know anyone who does, I would really appreciate any responses.

I noticed that you used the word 'foreign'. Do you strictly mean those who do not hold British Citizenship (even as dual citizens)?

There are posters on this board who have lived in the UK, and only the UK, since infancy though they were born outside the UK? Do they count?

Do permanent residents count or do you want strictly those on temporary visas?

Along those lines, do want those on a working visa, or will any visa type do? Including dependents?
