Health surcharge

Post by tarig_abu » Fri Jul 14, 2017 12:13 am

Hi,

I am applying for my wife for an extension of PBS tier 2. I have obtained ILR last year. My wife would be eligible for ILR by the end of this year.

I only need to apply for one year extension for her. My question is when filling the form for the IHS, shall I just give a date which is one year from now, and pay for one year? will that cause any problems?

PS my CoS was for 3 years.

thank you

She can only apply for a 3 year extension and must pay health for 3 years. You can apply it pay for less.
