Errors on www.bia.immigration.gov.uk .. who will correct?

Hello All Great HSMP applicant and Holders,

i have noticed couple of following error on HSMP New - Tier 1 web site given by honourable British Home Office -

- There is error if i am already in UK under HSMP and seeking English Letter to gain 10 points...if you use the calculator it take the Education Degree into consideration but on final assesment page it gives "0" points.

- There is error when you click on Eligibility and try to find the Points awarded to Degree - it says Phd = 50 , Master = 35 and Bachelor = 35 web site is = http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/workin ... fications/

- There is three different pattern to get the point for your age some say 31-32 = 10 and some says 32 above = 5

- There is no clear section for all different people such as
: New Tier 1 - Initial Application
: New Tier 1 - Extension Application
: New Tier 1 - Old HSMP Approvals

My general openion about the HO in UK is they are so much messed up with HSMP for different pople and with different changes applicable to people approved before Nov 06, After Nov 06 and Now Feb 08 and April 08. They dont know how to do, what to do and when to do.....If you call HSMP (Sorry Tier 1 - PBS) helpline in UK.....the advisor get so confused they themself dont know what awnser to give......

I hope some one from UK (which is MODERN, 100% ACCURATE, VERY POSH, MAX CARING ABOUT HUMAN RIGHTS country) will read this post and might improve themself......n then will talk about ALL IMMIGRATION ISSUE..........NO NHS SUPPORT........AFTER FIVE YRS OF PAYING TAXES IN UK for TIER 1.......

i am still confuse ..............

Is switching from HSMP to work permit possible ?? I was told as per new tier 1 they are allowing the time to be carried forward but as this been implemented ?

I saw some errors/ambiguities in the new page for Tier 1 also.
Mine was on the amount needed for maintenance in UK.In the form/guide the minimum amt stated is 800GBP while ithe point calculator, it is minimum of 2,800GBP. Which one is correct. Let others check it out and PM me if observation differs.
