urgent help HSMP documents missing [tragic story]

Post by hsmp.jack » Wed Mar 05, 2008 6:23 am

Hi all,

I applied for HSMP first week of January.

Its been communicated that decision has been taken and the documents send back on 6 th February.
Normally it will take 1 week and in worst case it will take 3 weeks, but in my case its already been close to a month still no sign.
As in the case of my friends who applied after me it got delivered.

a.) The shocking thing is that for a list of applicants [10+] whose original docs+decision letter sent on or after 6th to 8th of
February has not reached them.I got this info through a yahoogroups community for HSMP, i called up few of them and
confirmed the date.
b.) There are a bunch of people waiting for the docs with their finger crossed. I think somewhere it got messed up during
these dates, i am sure that its not yet reached India as i
have checked with my local and head post offices.
c.) This is a serious issue impacting the career life of a list of HSMP applicants.

Please help us sincerely on this issue, we are really worried and upset Sad

Thanks
abi

You should contact the HO to let them know that the documents haven't arrived. They can tell you how to get a duplicate HSMP letter.

It will be a pain if the docs don't arrive, but hopefully you can work around it.

Hopefully you still have your passport.

Good luck.

usually the correspondence with your documents are tracked, ask for the tracking number from the ho and followup accordingly

Hi,

Could someone suggest how can you get the track id..when i asked the HSMP team they told they dont have any track id for royal airmail.
Actually before sending they asked me for my home address confirmation coz i put my official addr for document delivery.
