Hi Zaki,

I got my EU family permit after appeal, but now things are not working between me and wife and she asked me for divorce.
we both are working as employee for throughout 3 years of marriage and living together since loast three years.
my Qs are what docs I required for ROR and my previous refusal will have any adverse impact on this application?
previous refusal means HO refused my eeu residence card on allegation of sham marriage although we won the case against them and I was granted residence permit. your help will be highly appreciated thanks

Why do you keep posting like this. These kind of behaviour is not allowed on the forum.

You have posted your question, then wait for a reply, you cannot keep posting.

I have opened a new topic to prevent confusion. Your new comer status means you will be given the benefit of the doubt on this occasion.
