Switching from Tier-2 (ICT) to any

Hi

Can someone help me in identifying what are the possible options are available to switch from the Tier 2 - ICT. Currently I am holing Tier 2 - ICT with 5 year (3 + 2 Year)where I have completed 4 year 6 months. I am looking for all possible options to get my stay extended in this country or may be to get any other option which will allow me to stay in this country. Please help !!

Thank you, I have referred the link and have few query on this option -

Option2: You can move without cool-off period to Tier 2 General(applying from home country) provided you find a sponsor willing to pay your around £160,000(not sure if this was £120,000 from April 2017)

So this option 2 - If i get the Sponsor to Tier 2 then whats is the minimum pay. The reason i am asking is the ICT also has the same rule where if i am getting £120000 then i can stay in UK with the Tier2 ICT.

38.9 The cooling off period does not apply where the migrant:
 is in the UK and applying for an extension to their existing leave
 is in the UK and is making a change of employment application
 is applying as a high earner – someone whose gross salary package
accepted for a Tier 2 (General) application is £159,600 or higher, or
£120,000 or higher for a Tier 2 (ICT) application
