This was a replacement certificate issued again as original one lost in post and is dated for 24/07/2017 on top left of the certificate with an engraved seal and the words written 'I hereby certify that this is a true extract of the Home office record of the certificate of registration issued to Mr XX (Signed for Head of Nationality Directorate)
