BC: Email or Letter from HO for Fingerprints or AR

Hi All
Reading listings from others contributors, I have noticed they most of them received an email of acknowledgement or letter for Collection of Fingerprint within 2 weeks after applying for BC.
My experience with Royal Mail was not good. And also checked my email junk box, nothing there either.
Is there anybody to contact to in case you do not hear from them within reasonable date?

You only applied 2 weeks ago. Be patient, it can take a few weeks.
