REFUND - How can I make a refund on visa4uk?

Hi everyone, I received a return package from UK new york that i dont need a visa and therefore i can make a refund by just logging in the website and press on refund tab. Upon logging in, i dont see anything on the page but only Apply for Myself, Apply for Someone Else, View My Application. I tried pressing the View my Application still nothing on it.

Can someone help me out, Please?
