This is a question they ask in the online form.

Is it enough to outline that you intend to meet your EEA national wife and live with her?

Can you say you also want to look for work?

Why not? You'll be allowed to work. You're even allowed to make her self-sufficient by the fruit of your labours! (She has to start out as a qualified person, though.)
