Clarification on HSMP

Hi guys , really very useful stuff posted on this board .I am going to apply for HSMP(below 28Y) .I have few doubts and will be really helpful if someone can suggest the right thing

1. My Education qualification is Three Year Full time Diploma in Eletronics after +2 I have also completed Bachelor of Arts in 2004 (Correspondence) Can I claim 15 points for Eductaion

2. Secondly , my work exp certificates (over 4 years) mentions only designation and the duration I worked . So, How to Describe the Role and responsibilites held in job ? do the written explanation on simple paper will do , or it is to be done through employer. Moreover one of the employer I worked with, has closed his operations in India. In this case what could we do?

3. How to satisfy that I am working as Graduate Level position.?????? As my job offer letters and Exp certificates states Designation as Engineer . So will this not be sufficient

4. Can the Earnings of Spouse and the Applicant be jointly claimed to earn points

5. Myself and my spouse , both are working in a Fortune 500 company as Engineers . My spouse Qulaification is three year Diploma in Electronics after +2 , her experience is also 4 years plus at Graduate level job . We both are professionally Certified .How much chances are there to get HSMP approval . If scored 65 points.
