Dependent / partner of entrepreneur Question on BRP

Post by nasiaziz » Tue Aug 01, 2017 12:48 pm

Hi i have a question one of my friends is on entrepreneur teir 1 visa, his wife is also with him here in the uk
they got their visas stamped on passports from KSA,,
my question is his wifes visa says partner on it while on the husbands visa it says 0 infront of dependents,
i am not sure whether they are both entrepreneur team members or she is his dependent?
does it mean by partner that they r unmarried partners or unmarried partners come under dependent category
can please anyone clarify?
thanks in advance

Did they apply as an entrepreneur team or as entrepreneur and dependant ?
But there is nothing wrong in the way it is stamped. Applying as a spouse would have those markings
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

If they don't even know what the have applied for or the rules under which they come, then I suggest they very quickly get up to speed on things if they wish their future immigration journey to be painless.

The visas are likely correct and the dependent says 0 as there are no children.

Possibly yes as presumably the wife is an adult
