some questions need answers plz 9 years here FLR FP

hello everybody here
thanks for everyone will guide me or helping me to find the best way to sort out my issue
i`m Moroccan man i came to uk on 2008 with British spouse visa i had some issue with my wife i left the house and i been working in London since 2009 to 2016 between all this periods i applied 2 times application based on human rights which is refused after long way with immigration courts...2016 my wife back to me and support me to made a fresh application FLR FP we applied 09/2016 and i moved to leave together again and she wrote a letter supporting me since 09/2016 still waiting after making my biometric on 11/2016 since that time until today still not answer i checked the online service said AWAITING DECISION...My questions is :

1/ after 9 years living in UK and working full time job what's the chance i have to regulate my situation specially my wife she disabled and she need me?

2/if i have the visa of 2.5 years can i apply for ILR after without waiting the visa expired or non?or british passport?

3/as i'm not doing nothing now just waiting and my passport with home office can apply for driving license?
and finally everyone can help me with any information to speed up the processing of my application or sort out my problem i will appreciate that ..you can writ here or private message..thanks to all people here for everything

You would need to submit compelling evidence why your wife would be unable to settle with you in Morocco. Medical evidence of her disability may help .

2/if i have the visa of 2.5 years can i apply for ILR after without waiting the visa expired or non?or british passport? No, you would need to complete 10 years on a FLR(FP) partner route visa before qualifying for ILR. (2.5 years x 4)

3/as i'm not doing nothing now just waiting and my passport with home office can apply for driving license? Not until you have legal residence.
and finally everyone can help me with any information to speed up the processing of my application or sort out my problem i will appreciate that ..you can writ here or private message..thanks to all people here for everything. You could try asking your MP to follow up your application.

Unless you have children together, regularising your right to remain in the UK may be a tough challenge. Have you considered returning to Morocco and applying for a Spouse settlement visa to re-enter legally?
