France Schengen Visa Document submission (Short Time)

Hi,

So I have my schengen visa appointment on 21st August 2017 (Monday) and exactly after 10 working days of my appointment I have booked holidays to visit France. I am a Pakistani National and heard that the French embassy takes will take time to process my application. I don't mind that but will the French embassy accept my documents (considering there are only 10 working days after my appointment to the trip that I plan and show to do)? I don't mind missing my trip as I can delay my trip by a week or so too but will they accept my documents?
P.S. I have 2 previous Schengen Visas and the previous one expired just like a week ago.

Further to above I work in the UK so have a BRP. My visa appointment is in London.
