ENQUIRIES AND ELIGIBILITY FOR EEA VISA

Am a mother to a British passport holder child and he is 4years old living with me. We are currently living in sierra Leone am I eligible for an EEA visa. I don't want my sin to suffer here in Africa and I want him to go to uk to have a good life and better schooling . please I need a reply to this
