Hi, everyone

I'm from Taiwan and I'm going to apply for spouse visa on 6th of Sep 2017 ,my visa will expires on 10th of Sep.
My husband is English and he is a student , will graduate next year. (He has no income)
I met all the requirements but I still have some questions that I'm really worried .

I would be very grateful if anyone can advice us with our document.

questions are shown below :
1) I started working at education company from January till now and my annual income is £18,600 and January and February were my probation period ,
my salary :
January £860
February £1083

(before tax)
March £1550 my employer paid me on 24 of April
April £1629 he paid me on 1st of may
May £1570 he paid me on 27 of jun
June £1654 paid on 10th of aug
July £1740 he will pay me on 25th aug
August 's salary will be £1700 , he will pay me EARLIER on 5th of sep.

It is really weird way to pay salary to his employees .
He usually pay 4 weeks late, but salary of Aug he will pay me earlier since I told him I will apply for my visa in first week of Sep.

Would that be a problem since I get my salary irregularly (weird)??

2) Our accommodation agreement will ends on 22nd of Sep, and landlord said she needs to wait when I get my visa result so She will be able to let me and my husband to sign the contract for next year.

Would that be a problem if I provide my contract(which will ends vey soon when I apply for my visa) to Homeoffice??? or I should get a new agreement from somewhere else.???

Usually all companies have fixed pay date which may slightly vary each month if it falls on weekends/bank holidays but in your case it's highly fluctuating mysteriously which maybe justified by written employer letter. You can use category A non salaried where the average of last 6 months wages will be taken and if you are earning at least £1550 per month from last 6 months then you can meet requirement.
Regarding accomodation it may be a right of rent case which thread you can find here

Hi, everyone

I'm going to apply for spouse visa on 6th or 7th of Sep 2017 ,my visa will expires on 10th of Sep.
My husband is English and he is a student , will graduate next year. (He has no income).
I kinda met all the requirements and want to apply FLR M by in person,
I'm wondering if my financial case will be okay for applying by in person since extra 600 pounds ..have to pay

Apart from March month , rest months income is ok but march is £1550 which is exactly minimum level monthly required , it would be better if you get one more good month wage above £1550 and then apply

The caseworker might be confused by the delay in your pay for the month that is worked.

What dates are on your payslips?

March salary is fine. I would be more concerned about your late/irregular pay you receive.

Dates are on 5th of each month.
I think I need to write a letter that explain it

Why is your salary payment so delayed, in some cases by almost two months?

You might not get a decision on the day so you should prepare yourself for that.

Sorry i should note that the pay difference is sometimes to do with some international problems with the company since one of the months the pay was delayed because of a error with the transfer from my international branch and uk branch. My boss has wrote a letter in response to this and signed it notifying that it is the companies fault and shown the days we were actually meant to get paid. Because of my company giving tier 2 visa's out to certain staff home office know about these problems and it hasnt been a problem for the company. I was hoping with the cover letter the pay difference shouldn't be that much of a problem because of the reasons stated above.

will this employment letter be okay to show home office??
the last part is important since it explains that why I got paid irregualrly.

I write to confirm:
Ms xxx started her employment with us since January 2017 as a full time xxxxxxx and she is a permanent employee.
Ms xxx was with £1,200 per month (before tax) for basic salary and plus commission for her probation period (January and February).
Ms xxx s with £1,550 per month (before tax) for basic salary and plus commission since March.
I can further confirm that the payslips accompanying this letter (dated between March 2017 and August 2017) and showing a monthly gross income are genuine payslips issued by xxxxxxx Ltd.

Note: Our company policy is to pay the staff within the last week of the next month which has been carried out on every month this year except one month where there was a transaction error with our international branch. Reason for giving xxxxx the payment early in September is because its after the month and although the policy for the company says the final week of the next month, we fully support her application because she is a worker.
