Hi,

I got HSMP approval letter on 28th feb 2008. Should I apply for EC now or wait for 1st Aprl 2008. I am in India. Please suggest me, should I make a separate application with 350 pound fee.

its your decision..nobody can help you in this.
As under new rules , i just know that EC can be approved for three years...
but I have gone ahead with older ones only and filed in March itself...
thts all i can say...
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.

I would suggest you to apply after april.You will get 3 years if you apply after april.
