Important - Changes in Immigration Rules

Hi All,

I am quoting the following recent URLs. I need forum members to highlight that what are the main changes which can affect the HSMP holder. Please compare them with existing rules, for example old 4 year rule VS new 5 year rule.

Kumar78, a read of the links you provided merely details the existing law. That is, I don't think those links give any new information.

Don't forget that the plan announced recently by the UK Home Secretary is a 5-year plan. The great majority of it has yet to be brought into effect.

So we should not be surprised if certain suggested new provisions have yet to be brought into effect.
