5 years Schengen visa for Wife

Hi All,

Need advice on how to apply.
I am a British Citizen and my wife is Indian, but has British permanent Resident. We want to apply for tourist visa for Europe. I know how to apply for 3 months visa, which I did earlier. But wanted to apply for a long-term visa for my wife so that we don't need to put an application everytime we want to visit Europe.
I am not sure about the details, but is there a way that she can apply based on my Citizenship of UK ?
