Time lived in the UK
Does it mean that total time spend in UK since first entry in 2009 to UK?
Details of time spent outside the UK
Does it mean that i have to list my entry and exit date from UK last 8 years.
Other country details: Country you lived in
Do i have to count my home country? Before coming to UK i was leaving in my home country.
If you were required to leave the UK, what country would you go to?
Are there any factors which would make it difficult or impossible for you to integrate and establish a private life in that country?
I am not sure why they want to know this at this stage.
Are you currently in the UK on Temporary Admission or Temporary Release?
I have Tier2 G so i think it is NO for me.
When did you enter the UK?
Do they are asking my first entry or last entry to UK?
Thanks for your help in advance.
The OP is completely the correct form. OPs spouse is apply for ILR based on long residence, therefor FRR(M) is what is needed.lyndanica wrote:Can you double-check you are completing the correct form.
This is what it says on the front page of the print form : "Application for an
extension of stay in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK or as a partner of a person with refugee leave or humanitarian protection and for a biometric immigration document
Complete this form only if you are applying for leave to remain in one of the following categories:
• Family life as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK (2 year route)
• Family life as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK (5 year route)
• Family life as the partner of a person with refugee leave or a person with humanitarian protection (5 year route)"
You can apply online from below linkAsim khan wrote:Hi
I am about to apply for my FLR_M. And I am not able to figure out where is the online form.. Which link should I go to. I know I can print the form and fill it by hand but do we have an online option for submitting the form if we apply by post.
And also I wanted to ask about the health charge. Do we pay that before the application. And once it's. Done where would you put the reference number for health charge.
Need some. Guidance
Thanks

Following are my doubts while i fill online form,
Time lived in the UK

Details of time spent outside the UK
Does it mean that i have to list my entry and exit date from UK last 8 years.
Other country details: Country you lived in

Are you currently in the UK on Temporary Admission or Temporary Release?
I have Tier2 G so i think it is NO for me.
When did you enter the UK?
Do they are asking my first entry or last entry to UK?
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK?
Do I have to include home country?
At the moment I answer No as I just lived in UK apart from my home country.
What will you use to prove your degree taught in English?
1. Degree certificate
2. Official transcript or letter
I have tick yes to option 1 and will provide Naric certicates and comparability.
Please choose the reason you are applying for an extension, this includes if you are switching to a partner visa from another type.
I have chosen following option, I am not sure why they are asking "reason you are applying for an extension"
First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay)
When did your relationship begin?
I met my partner through family connection as it was arranged marriage, and we got engage in one week after i met my partner. And got married after 6 months, so my answer should be the day I first meet my partner correct?
Please list your shared financial responsibilities and how much you each pay each month.
Joint mortgage - Monthly mortgage is £910.00 and we pay from our joint account.
As they are asking how much you each pay each month it is confusing because our income and outgoing is shared in joint account.
Which types of income will you rely on to meet the financial requirement?
Employment
Self-employment
Non-employment income
Pension
Cash savings
Can I choosen multiple option as Employment and Cash Savings?
I and my husband saved our earning from employment in our joint account. I earn 24K and my husband earn 33K and our saving in last 6 month is more than £16,000 in our joint account.
Please share your experience?
Thanks in advanced.

Just a quick question.
When filling online form when it comes to finance. They ask straight if any funds been claimed by both of us.
On the other hand if u fill form by hand I think u don't have to fill in that section unless ur exempted from financial requirement.
And I am off course applying on the basis of my salary which alone fulfill the criteria . So do I still need to mention this my Mrs claimed pip. .
