Appropriate salary
You’ll usually need to be paid at least £30,000 per year or the ‘appropriate rate’ for the job you’re offered - whichever is higher. Check the appropriate rate for the job you’ve been offered.

Check the guidance for situations when you can be paid less - for example if:

you’ll work as a medical radiographer, nurse, paramedic or secondary school teacher in some subjects
you’ll work as a pre-registration nurse or midwife

But the job salary advertised on the job portal is only 22321 to 28651. and after clearing the interview i was offered 25555, according to this the maximum they can increase up to 28000 .
how can they increase my pay to 30000, or 32000,
does this need to be shown only on COS?

is this situation says that i am not eligible for sponsorship ?

HI all ,

Today i had discussion with my HR and Manager , they told me they are going to request a R Cos as a NEW ENTRANT. will this be a problem ?

As this job is graduate level job , and need less than 1 year experience. can they proceed with the application ?

Thanks
