Post by Dad of an angel » Tue Dec 13, 2016 10:32 am

Good Morning,

I had my naturalisation ceremony on 12-Dec-2016.
could you please advise how many days I have to wait, before I receive the passport. I applied Naturalisation via JCAP.

Cheers,

You should normally receive the passport within 10 working days. It depends on how quickly the council notifies HMPO that you have attended the ceremony.

It takes around 1 week. PLease call HMPO and give your reference number. They should be able to tell you. Also, You can get the DX tracking number from them once it is into printing status. I assume your passport should be ready by next Monday. Call HMPO on Monday.

I am not sure about Satuday delivery. Call them again and ask for Tracking number of DX delivery. Secondly, Just call DX and give your postal code and they should be able to tell you if there are any deliveries scheduled.

When I call HMPO and give my Home office Ref they are not able to recognise my application. What JCAP reference need to be provided to HMPO so I can get an update on my Passport application

You could (or should) open a new thread instead of digging up 2 year old post.
