Pretty much yes. Depending on when you came, you can apply 28 days before you get to 5 yearspatrick2017 wrote:@Marcnath Thanks for your reply. If I understood correctly, if am able to complete 104 weeks of employment in the next 1 year and because my Tier1 Ent was issued in Oct 2013(3yrs), waiting period Oct2016 to August2017(10 months) So I should be able to apply for my ILR sometime by November 2018 which should my 5yrs on tier1 Ent visa.

Thanks everyone for posting the useful information and supporting members.
My questions to the senior members are:
1. I am under transitional agreement so do I have to continue keep employing my current employ for another 2 years?
2. If I intend to upscale my employees if the business is doing well, would my current state allow me to be able to hire another employee for 12 months. Under this scernario would I be able to apply for ILR in the next 14 months cause I just waited for 10 months during my 2 application process.
Best,
Patrick
