You're lucky; some of us have been denied the access since "Our ref" is no longer a required reference and my case ID has never been recognised from the start of the trial service.

As they have stated that this is a trial service, I won't hold it against anyone if it is not perfect.
My experience was that my status: Awaiting decision was same for first couple of months, and then the status date changed to a past date (a week before the website actually reflected the date change), but the next day I received a letter for an interview.

Recently the service stopped showing any status updates (stating The reference number xxx has not been recognised) for my Case ID and within 24 hours I received a letter of rejection and advice to apply for AR.

So in short, the service is working, not perfect though.

Yes, try using your case id without the leading '0'.

Mine showing "Awaiting Decision" last updated 10th May 2017. since am checking my application status online it never changed and 10th May is the date when they issued Biometric enrolment letter and were done after a couple of days and so far no update after that.

My situation is exactly same like you, I have been waiting for the last 9 months 21 days. I haven't got any complex issue letter either. The only letter I received in april was to let me know that due to higher volume of application they would woundn't be able to process my application in 6 months. Fair enough, then I sent them a letter to remind them of my appl8cation once again. Also got my MP involved but so for no correpondence from H.O.

Mate, i just got my MP involved last week and still waiting for a response from MP. I really dont know whether its positive or negative as no response as questioner or interview last 11 months plus waiting.......Just following golden rule of No news is good news.............its really driving me nuts as didn't celebrate my birthday, wedding anniversary, wife's birthday.......hoping to enjoy Diwali with family back home.............Lets hope for the best

So far i have remember e0001 should get his decision on by 24th august if i m not wrong. did u get any updates e0001?
@ legal khan , whats ur update brother? any news from home office or ur local MP?

my position hasn't been update yet...... thinking i m going to same day application. had enough and can't wait any more. its now 11 month running and everytime same old reply.

plz let us know if anyone's got any update or any other option we can try.

After almost 2 months the online system started showing the status again. Until today morning it wasn't showing anyone but now it started showing again "Awaiting a decision" for my application.

buddy i check this once a day, every day last 3 months almost. It was working fine for me. It still shows me same status as Awaiting reply since May 2017.

I think its works fine as i check it daily and it says awaiting decison, last updated on the 13 JUNE.

When it got updated on the 13th June, I got a questionnaire regarding my income and then got an another letter on the 23 AUGUST asking for my SA302's. Since then no correspondence from the HO.

Mine was showing 25th May for my SET LR application with amendments huh, lol......... applied in Sept 2016. But when i checked, status recently it say same as awaiting decision but there is no date on that now. Is that a case with you guys as well?

Anybody heard anything in this last week of October as i strongly believe that we will start getting responses.

Just also wanted to know, everybody who got 25th May, are they set O or set LR?

Any update is like an Spam for few following weeks and I hope you guys understand the pain as i am waiting last 13 months and 5 days with no updates at all from April, 2017.

I have applied in March 2016 and still waiting, none ref.number works for me to check online progress. postal ref. number worked till June 2017 then it stopped.
