EFM for Sis in law&nephew - don't know where to begin

I live in the UK but I am an EU national. My husband was non EU put now has British citizenship. We have both lived her over 10 years. We had our first child last year and have now made the decision to attempt to bring my sis in law (30)and my nephew(not her son) (17) both are non EU and live in a non EU country.

They are both financially dependent on us and I have records to hand of payments going back to 2010. I will apply for them using my details as an EU national but want to get a better understanding of what I need to do and the likelihood of being able to get them here. Ideally I want them to be hear permanently but understand they may get a two year visa and need to apply after that again.

No, I am an Irish citizen but British resident.

Do you have evidence of them being part of the same household with you in their home country?

They are Extended Family Members, no automatic rights.
