If you meet the income requirements, no reason you cannot apply for FLR (M). That is a 5 year route to ILR.2017Freedom wrote:Hi All
My Wife is on DLR at the moment and has been told that she needs to spend at least 120 months on DLR before applying for ILR,
We are married and have been for 4 Years and I'm a ILR Holder ,
Her Visa is comig up for renewal soon so I Wondered if there Is there any quicker way of switching her visa so instead of waitting 120 months on DLR we can apply on a different category
Thank You so much for your advice
No it wont, the ILR clock will reset to zero, so your wife needs to stay for another 5 years to qualify for ILR.2017Freedom wrote:Thank You for your reply - If we switched visa will the time that she spent on DLR be considered as valid towards total 5 years so we can then apply for ILR ?
Many Thanks
