What was your 'deception' or 'false representation'? Did you submit f a k e or false documents?

It was due to employee's experience certIficate. One of my previous company moved out and they couldnt be contacted. That time i didnt have any idea about appeal and stuff as my agent handled everything.

But now when i researched i found thats important too.

So just wondering if that would impact. Any idea?

How sure are you that your 'agent' didn't submit a document that was false? They have been known to do that in the past.

It is the applicants responsibility to ensure their applicants is correct.

What was the exact wording of the refusal you received (taking out personal details)?

I understand that its applicants responsibility. But i was really ignorant or dumb i dont know what to say about my stupidity.
I dont know exactly about the wording because the rejection form is lost.

But as far as i remember it was about not getting in touch with employer's number as mentioned in the certificate. So they said i made a false claim.

I only want to know if i can apply to spouse visa my wife is a british citizen. I heard that 320(7a) is exmpted from spouse visa.

But i want to be sure about that. Or else its of no use i guess
