Email - Scanning of documents!!! Urgent Request

For my family dependent visas, Since its a weekend, waiting until Monday will be stressful.

They got an email with below format:

Subject: Email : Application received from the post..
“The processed visa application for GWF reference number - *************** was received at the UK Visa Application Centre on 24/08/2017 .
If a courier service was purchased from VFS Global, your processed application will be delivered to the chosen address.
If not, your documents can be collected during the designated passport collection times.
Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.”

What does this mean? Is there a way to find out whether its positive or negative result?

No, you will have to wait till the passports are collected.

Hi i have only received two emails from ukvi.the first one was acknowledging receipt of my application .the second one is apologizing for their inability to decide on my application according to their 15 working days time line on 17 th August 2017. On the 23 August i had a mail form the TLS service that my application has been decided. I have had two additional mail from the same TLS giving me update about the shipment of my passport and other supporting documents. I haven't had any decision mail from ukvi itself. I will like to know two things ; (1) whether it is normal for ukvi not to send me mail about their decision (2) whether their is favourable and by what means can i know that before i get back the passport. I am getting nervous

1. Yes, they don't tell you on email whether approved or not. You have to wait to collect your passport.

2. No way to tell if successful or not. You will only know when you collect your passport. No one on an internet forum can tell you what the outcome MIGHT be.

Thanks for your response but what i meant was that the email about a decision on my application came from the TLScontact service and no email from ukvi itself .is it normal?

Plesse check your bank account whether or not immigration healthcharge fees are refunded before collecting the passport. Hope you can guess although it doesn't give you gurantee all time.

If you find after checking that fees are already refunded you know what does mean it. If not then It is hard to be confirmed until collecting it.

Hi although i only received acknowledgement of application and apologizes for their inability to decide on my application emails from ukvi and never receive a mail that my application has been decided but only received emails about decision on my application and the return of my passport from the TLScontact center here in Ghana, my application was successful and i thank the ALMIGHTY GOD for that

After receiving that Tier 4 dependent partner and child visa application have been processed. Since my family is out of town, they are yet to collect documents from VAC - Mumbai.

But today they got email "Scanning of documents!!! Urgent Request" from feedbackukwest@vfshelpline.com.
"We request you to please visit the below Visa application Centre in Mumbai along with all the documents, we have received an instruction from British High Commission wherein they are requesting to re-scan all your documents again"

Although I have sent the email.
I am not sure, What is this email about?

Did anyone receive a similar email?

It is not a cryptic message but very clear request/instruction

Today my family received both of their dependent visas.

Bio - 2nd August
Visa processed - 22nd August
Email received - 24th August

It is not a cryptic message but very clear request/instruction

In the end, I found that this email was generic to all the applications for which the documents were scanned.
