I would assume if I had entered too long after getting it the IO would be asking serious questions about how serious an entrepreneur you are.
I am not sure how that works now that it is 30 days as per CR001, some of these visa applications seem to take up to a year to get with no visibility into when u actually get it. So when you do you must drop everything and get to the UK withing 30 days??
To add to marcnath's advice, once you have collected your BRP card after arrival in the UK, then you can travel out again.
