How to correct mistakes in British citizen AN application

Hi all
Could someone help me please.
I submitted my AN application for British naturalisation this Wednesday (23/8/17) through City council's nationality checking service . I have just realised that that I made so many mistakes with my employment history . As I wasn't sure about exact dates of some employments I put months without dates for FROM & TO .
And again some months are incorrect as well ,like put October 2009 instead of September 2009 and it looks like I had 3 jobs at time which I didn't have. And also where some jobs are part time and just bank jobs I haven't mentioned that either.
Do I need to correct these errors ?
Do I need to contact Home Office to inform them about it ?
I am really worried now,I know it is silly to worry now after submitting the application, I had so many problems in those dates when I submitted my application and I was really stressed and ended making all these mistakes.
Please help.

Hi I came across same issue, missed mentioning 6 months job but rest was fine.

What action did u take ?
