Yes.

Your UK born children do not need ILR if you plan to register them as British Citizens.

Yes, but at such a high cost, simply gave you the option of saving some money on ILR fees as citizenship is under £1000 each vs ILR at £2297 each for Postal application and the fees go up in April.

Once you have held ILR for 12 months and meet ALL the requirements for the 5 years residence period, including absences and being physically present in the UK at the start of the 5 year period.

It is for citizenship NOT for ILR. Suggest focus on getting your ILR first and then ask questions in the appropriate sub forum when you reach the point to apply for citizenship.

Date of Issue - reference "You must calculate the relevant qualifying period by counting backward from
whichever of the following is most beneficial to the applicant:"

so in your case date of issue is most beneficial to you.

Reference Link: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 6.0EXT.PDF

Page 9

https://www.timeanddate.com/date/datead ... ad=28&rec=

so earliest you can apply is 20 Jun 2018

Fees payment for ILR Application premium Appointment

Post by mandy1285 » Fri May 04, 2018 9:25 pm

Hi All,

I need your help , while i am going to book the Premium appointment(For Myself+3 Dependents)
for my ILR Application Its showing full fees (2999*4=11996) . Do i need to pay full fess while booking Premium Appointment . I thought i need yo Pay only Premium Appointment fees(610*4=2440) while booking appointment and Application Process fess they will charge when they Process the application . Can anyone clear this doubt? Also in the Paper form of SET(O) ..there is payment page, if we pay all the fess in here then what we will fill in there?

Hope i am clear in asking my question. Also Can anyone suggest if i can find any Premium slot for 20th june and later for Croydon?

Yes, you pay the full fees online when you book.
I thought i need yo Pay only Premium Appointment fees(610*4=2440) while booking appointment and Application Process fess they will charge when they Process the application .
No, the premium service centres no longer process payments on the day and haven't done so for a couple of years now.
Also in the Paper form of SET(O) ..there is payment page, if we pay all the fess in here then what we will fill in there?
Leave blank. The form is also used for postal applications which is why there is a payment page.
Also Can anyone suggest if i can find any Premium slot for 20th june and later for Croydon?
Appointments are available to book up to 42 days in advance, sometimes only 28 days. You will need to keep looking or be flexible if other centres have avialability.
