uk residency card..

Post by carmen 75 » Sun Aug 27, 2017 9:36 pm

Hello..help urgently needed...my husband(non eu)arrived in uk with a 6 month family permit viza .He applied for a residency permit with 2 month before the expiration of his viza ..His application was rejected after 3 month on the basis that they couldn't take the fee(we had a 300£limit on our card ,and the application was for my husband and 4 kids ,so they couldn't took the 325£ needed)..in the same day ,that we received the rejection,we maid a postal order with 325£ and resend the application..after another 2 month we received all the application with another rejection, this time he didn't include page 13 of the application...sad ...That means that now his viza is expired ,but all this time his passport was with the Home Office and now he wants to resend the application for the third timp...is that ok?is this his right?me ,i am EU citizen and i already have UK registration certificate (self sufficient)...i mean ,he can send another application ?...

Yes, you can send another application, don't forget page 13 and sign it, and as you are exercising your treaty rights, then your husband can stay, no problem.
