they replied my email after 18 days...but they never changed wt they usualy say..we escalaeted your case to the relevant department...which department?

Its been 28 working days. No update. My course starts on 11th September.

My course will start on 18th sept i dnt know what to do less thn theee weeks are left..My uni told me if i dnt receive decision by 4th sept thn they will try to help me

I'm getting repeated emails from uk call centre..tht with ur regards to query we have escalated your application to the concerned authority....I don know how many escalation is possible...they are from different person

Do they really reply..They only replied me the first time i.e. when I paid..After that Ive sent them several emails..no reply. I emailed VFS to know if they got any information on my application..they just said its under process

Try sending them feedback using the customer experience link at the bottom of their page. I did the same and got a generic reply...your application is under process. They replied me from feedbackUKNepal@vfshelpline.com as I applied from Nepal.

They are still scanning and sending documents here at VFS Nepal too. I think for the time being the process has been changed only in India.

Calling VFS Colombo is totally useless and they haven't provided any contact details. What ever the issues we have we have to directly contact UKVI through paid service totally, even that's a waste of money.

I think only the thing we can do is wait.. but already frustrated waiting

@aerobalag even i too also thought same, but again have to get new CAS number, wait for IHS refund and need to provide justification. Don't know are they doing intentionally because they also knew courses are going to start from sept.

Calling VFS Colombo is totally useless and they haven't provided any contact details. What ever the issues we have we have to directly contact UKVI through paid service totally, even that's a waste of money.

bro...u will get his refund minimum after 1 month...so u wont get ur refund rite away...

Seriously!! don't know..for simple email response they may take up to 15 days :)Better contact VFS people ,they may tell u exactly.
