Conditions for Dependent to stay in the UK without Tier 2 ICT main applicant

I am currently working on Tier 2 ICT visa valid till 2018.

My company wants to send me back to India for sometime ( 1 to 2 months ) on a training.

Can my dependent stay in the UK for that period? She has a job here and she wants to continue that. So, funds wont be a problem.

Hi All,

Thanks for the response.

My company now wants me to go back for 3 to 4 months, keeping my CoS and Visa active, by renewing the visa for 1 year beyond Jan 2018.

They however, want me to fill out P45 form when I go back and continue on the Indian salary. They then would want me to come back to UK after 4 months.

I have 2 questions:

1. My visa end date is 28th Jan 2018. If my extension processing goes beyond this date, does it affect my stay in the UK and my job, and if yes, how?
2. Can my wife stay here while I am back in India for this period, with the new condition that I would be submitting the P45 form?
