ILR on Hold and License Suspended

Hello lizzard,

Yes the sponsor name was on the UKVI sponsor's list.
it was a brief period of suspension approximately 3 months. the whole process from PEO application to the decision took more than 9 stressful months. I hope you guys will get your ILR granted soon.

@Richard007 .. try to send a letter via recorded delivery to the PEO where you applied..

Hi,

I sent them an email again as Sai suggested last week and they finally responded saying "it was in a queue and all the documents received where linked to my file and they have put in a request to have it considered at the earliest possible opportunity but they cannot give me a time line". This was last week Friday and I have heard nothing since.

They have not made a decision yet, So i am waiting with my fingers crossed.

Got my ILR finally after waiting for almost 5 months. Thank you to everyone who helped and best of luck to friends who are waiting.

Here is my time line-

Applied PEO Sheffield- 10th March 2017

Visa- Tier 2 to ILR

Compliance check- 8th May 2017

Reply from Complaince check saying Tier 2 rating is maintained- 7th August 2017

ILR approved- 16th August 2017

It was a long process and a frustrating one. After a lot of follow ups with my local MP and the PSC department finally got the good news. have faith and if all the paper work is in order and everything is genuine then you will get the result.

No mate. But they came for inspection after I had applied and checked everything you can think of . All the best.

Finally got my ILR and have received all the documents.

This forum has really been helpful and I am thankful to each one of you!

My Application Timeline!

1) An application was submitted - Premium Appointment on 2nd week of November 2016 and got a letter from case worker saying that they require further checks.
2) 3rd-week of June 2017 - UKVI compliance check - An officer visited unannounced.
3) 4th week of June - A positive feedback from UKVI with regards to compliance check.
4) ILR approved on 3rd week of August

Just one question:
Did you receive all your documents and ILR at the same time? Or first you receive a letter of approval then documents and then ILR by DX delivery?

mine has been onhold since december. had a visit from compliance officer and licence suspended around May and we have submitted evidence and letter in june since then we have not hearing any reply from them.

during the compliance visit

My employer was interviewed first for about an hour

They called me and asked me below questions for 40 mins
My details and immigration history
What is my Sal
When did I join
Who is my previous emp
What was my previous sal
What made you choose the current employer
What is my work location
Office Hours
Who you work for client
Who will give you work and who you report to
Who all you worked for in the UK
Have you ever worked for INTIGRITY ITS
What are my duties (stick to cos)
Can you show us what you do ?
Can you show the things that mentioned as my duties checked my logon and asked for a screen print
Can you show email comms not from today and asked for a screen print
Can you show how work is assigned to you and how it is tracked and asked for an screen print
Can you show the code you write with your logon and asked for a screen print.

My employer went in again and they asked him 3 months payslips of all sponsored workers in the company and bank statements and left for the day.

My employer asked for a copy of the report they have written down during the visit and they gave him.

Compliance check was done on 12th Oct
Email confirming the audit was successful on 27th Oct

Its so frustrating to waiting. Its been 9 weeks still no response from Home office. Anybody knows, can I use MP after 9 weeks or should I wait till 6 months? thanks

Hi all my MP Transport secretary chased them and my lawyer wrote to them mentioning the compliance Check was done with a positive response 3 weeks ago and why is my application still held

Hi moderators

I have a medical emergency and need to visit India my father in law had a heart condition and is under treatment in India.

I need to travel to India. Can we mention this to home office ?

Will this help speed up things ? Or they will send my passport for travel ?

I am not sure if i am in same boat but please suggest me, In my case my company agreed for pay rise, so i will be having a pay rise from 26k to 35k nearly 35% increase just before 3 months of my ilr eligibility. will that be a problem?
if yes what should i do?
my role duties are same and no change in soc. As we got a new project i am assigned to it and so the pay rise.

my visa expires on feb 2019 but i am eligible from jan 2018 and pay rise agreed from november this year.Also it is a genuine increase like my company will update sms..they provide me letter and reason for increase. still is it risky? if yes what should i do now before i run out of my time?
