Hi CR001,CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2017 11:48 amA bit early to be planning as HO can change the requirements or documents they wish to see in the next 2 years.
Will you meet the minimum salary requirement for ILR in 2019???
At present, you need :
Absence letters from all employers you have worked for on Tier 2 General. Letter must cover absence for the whole 5 years.
Letter from employer stating '.......XYZ is will still be required in his/her current role of ABC for the foreseeable future', it must also state your income, job role etc etc.
Salary slip,
Bank statement
LIUK
English requirement
Passports
Excellent CR001, it makes sense. All clear!!!!.CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2017 12:26 pmQ1 - For applications made after 6th April 2019, you have to earn a minimum of £35,800pa. Any sudden large increases shortly before ILR will raise an instant red flag with HO.
Q2 - All absences must be listed in the letter, holidays outside the UK, business trips outside the UK etc.
Q3 - Members tend to submit between 1 and 3 months payslips.
Q4 - Same as Q3
Q5 - LIUK = Life in the UK test.
Q6 - Yes, all applicants have to meet the requirements regardless of how long you have lived in the UK. UK degree is sufficient. You will need this and LIUK again for citizenship if you plan to apply for it at some point.
PBS dependents or spouse settlement visas or long residence ILR where an applicant doesn't have all their passports etc.Council Tax, Utility Bills, tenancy agreements.
under what kind of ILR/Visas these documents are required???
Perfect CR001 - Thanks for your help.
