What forms to use

Hi there my husband has been I the country for 8 yrs we got married 6 yrs ago and are due to send for another visa what forms does he use he is from New Zealand and has had biometrics done for his last 2 visas. Anyones help would be greatly appreciated

It would help if you stated what his current visa is that he is on and what his full UK immigration history is?

He got his first visa at the disgression of the home office under special circumstances then we applied again 3 yrs later and got another visa as we were married , we applied for a third visa as a spouse and I'm not sure what form to use this time sorry if I have messaged you directly

It was either FLR (O) or FLR (M) I think

You need to be sure what exactly he has as if he applies on the wrong form, it will be rejected.

What form did he apply on and how long is the visa validity (exact dates) that he has now??

What did he apply for after 3 years?

Unless you state his exact visas, start and expiry dates, it will be difficult to advice the route he is on?

Just looked at his old paperwork and it was form FLR (O) Discretionary Leave he got last time, so I'm thinking reading through the website its FLR (HMO) we use . Should have read it properly but this immigration stuff gets me nervous :oops: :oops: :oops:

Does anyone know about the healthcare surcharge on the form it says you may have to pay it we haven't paid for healthcare on any other DL we have applied for

Immigration Health Surcharge came into effect in April 2015. It needs to be paid for any new or extension applications.
