URGENT help needed: IHS payment completed, got email, but credit card not charged

I have completed my Tier 2 visa from abroad and submitted. During the application process using visa4uk website, I needed to pay my IHS for 1 yr. The card was refused 1st time but on 2nd try it said the payment succeeded and got 2 emails: one for confirmation and other for the IHS ref no.

The problem is till now the card has not been charged any money. Its been around 2 weeks . Initially I thought it will be deducted eventually and assured by some . But I am getting worried if it will make any delay to my visa decision or become a cause for refusal.

Should I contact ukvi?

Problem is I had used my brother's payoneer credit card(master card), he says it's a virtual card.
He says there is no way to contact them regarding payment. no pending or failed payment on the card payment history either. its like there was not attempt maid to the card.

In that case, I doubt anyone can offer further advice.

If HO have an issue, they will likely email you to make a payment of the IHS fee if they have not received it.

i hope they will do that. I am actually concerned whether they will reject my visa.
In any case I think I am getting my decision late.

Just to know, has anybody troubled with the same issue before?
