Hi everyone. I just need your opinion/advice about my situation. I submitted my application for FLR(M) on a basis of family life as a partner And they refuse me stating that I need to go back to my Country to Apply from my Country , My Lawyer told me that they Use wrong Form and Home Office said my Apply is Invalid and they also tell me that what are the insurmountable test is quite rigorous that will not let me go back to my Country. Now We want to put another application in now Base on Family Life and My Wife is getting 18,600 pounds in a year and We want to Put FLR(FP) 10 Years and My Wife has one brother and his 14 years old and we want to include him that I'm the one taken care of him and he always stay with us and My Wife also has asthma attack when she go my country and We have already get a letter from Doctor stating that she can't leave in my country.
Please Guys I want you to give me advice what to do and I have alot of evidence that his brother that's leaving with us , Please I want you to give me advice please, Thanks
