'Fraid not, the policy is if your that bothered relocate back home, and it's hard to argue against that.shaakahaari wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 2:48 pmHi all,
I'm a British citizen married to a British citizen partner. My mother is widowed in Pakistan and living on her own. I need to apply for her visa. My sister is married in Pakistan. My brother is living in UK on student visa. I am a salaried person and own a house in UK. My mother has never been to UK before. I and my brother send her monthly expenses. We do not have any of the saving there in the form of cash. We have some properties which are in my dad's name who had died few years back. Also, we have our own house in Pakistan.
I would like to sponsor her and need some help regarding what documents to show from my side and proving her ties back home as well or is there any other category under which I can apply considering my mother is alone there.
Thanks

There is no route that your mother can come on the UK Immigration route. Visitor visa is about the easiest (which also isn't that easy anymore either for elderly parents).
Settlement visa is bound to fail, very difficult to get.
