Hi,
I am confused, please help me out.

2 Job Creation-My Tier 1 entrepreneur 50K visa extension due next year, I got visa on the base of XYZ company But Now I got option to invest 50K in well established security company, I didn't invest 50k yet but I m the director of this Security company since 2014. I am investing 50 K next week but I have 2 employees already since April 2016, My lawyer told me that, you can invest 50k now, it's ok if your 2 employees working before your 50k investment but it's fine as far as you are the director of this company.

*Director Since 2014
*2 employees working since April 2016
* 50k investing Now
Is that ok?

Employees.. Can we Hire EU Nationals?

I think you should be fine.

Hi,
I am going to apply Tier 1 50K extension in couple of days, a bit confused about employees Hours.
My question is that, 2 full time epmloyees working more than a year, but One of them out of 18 months he worked around 120 hours per month for 4 months
Is it compulsory that employee should work continuesly for 12 months or it will be fine if he worked total 12 months full time out of 18 months?

No requirement for continuous full time employment- so 12 out of 18 months should be fine.

Have you read the guidelines ?
None of them are compulsory.
