Children born in the UK

Post by rw34 » Wed Sep 13, 2017 10:22 pm

Hello,

We found a previous answer from few years ago, however failed to find the relevant updated information in the UKBA website.
We are completing the 5 years under Tier 2 general visa and gearing up towards ILR application.
We have three children, two were born in the UK. When applying for ILR, do we need to apply for them as well or only for the one born abroad? we would appreciate any pointers to where this information is located in the website.

Thank you,
RW

Any children born in the UK will be eligible to register as British citizen. You don't need to apply ILR for them.

You'll have to complete MN1 form with fee
