Status of Personal Maintenance Account After Application Submission

Hello All

I have applied my Tier 1 Ent. visa Extension in June 2017 with 4 dependents. Complex Letter issued in June 2017 still yet no outcome. My question is that i need approx. 3500 Sterling Pounds as Maintenance Funds for 90 days which was ok at the time of application till end of August. Now i have spent major portion of that amount as i need it, so my question is that as now after submission of almost 75 days of extension application my personal maintenance account the balance goes down from 3500 sterling pounds. is that ok or i need to top up again more 3500 GBP.

I personally think you should top-up your account back to the required amount for maintenance for yourself and your dependants. Just to err on the side of caution should you need to reapply.

Hopefully you will be granted you visa.
